        This book is aimed at seeking the origin of constitutional government study. China's constitutional government began one century ago, in the late Qing dynasty. The book's aim is to analyse the selection of the constituent in the late Qing dynasty, combined with ideology, politics and history itself, in order to decipher the Chinese constitutional government and the fate of the Chinese society.
