Tong Lihua, Director of Beijing Zhicheng Law Firm, Director of Beijing Children's Legal Aid and Research Centre, Director of Beijing Zhicheng Migrant Workers' Legal Aid and Research Center, Associate Director of Criminal Legal Aid Research Center of the Chinese University of Political Science and Law, President of Beijing Rural Areas Rule of Law Institute, President of Beijing Child Law Institute. Mr Tong is also the legislative representative of the Beijing People's Congress as well as Director of the Child Protection Committee and Director of Legal Aid Committee of All China Lawyers Association. He used to be Yale University and Columbia University visiting scholar and is guest lecturer at numerous Chinese universities.

Tong Lihua has been actively engaged in public interest law for ten years. In the last ten years, more than 400,000 minors and migrant workers have benefited directly from the free legal serviceprovided by Tong and his team.
