These issues not only involved in many aspects of human rights, but also involved in national systems and reforms. Ms. Rene Gutel also noted that many Western media reports on China is unfair. They think Chinese government does not give people freedom, especially religious freedom, but when she came to China, she discovered that China is not like what the Western media reported. In fact, China has many churches and a lot of people have their own beliefs. Furthermore, Ms. Rene Gutel also introduced two-party system, single-party system, which the United States signed the Conventions on Human Rights and other international issues.
