Speech: Work experience exchange for Human Rights Law students (by Mrs. Wei Mei)

December 15, 2014 - Mrs. Wei Mei, Vice-President and HR Director of the Geely Holding Group Company, visited the Institute for Human Rights of CUPL.

Mrs. Wei shared her work experience with the first-year master's students. She presented how to show skills and talent to supervisors and emphasized the importance of being enthusiastic about the employment. 

After the speech, Mrs. Wei engaged into an exchange of opinions with the students. A heated discussion raised the issues of gender discrimination in work environment, significant elements of success etc.

At the end of the meeting, Prof. Zhang Wei, Associate Professor, Co-Director of Institute for Human Rights, expressed gratitude to Mrs. Wei Mei for the fantastic speech. Mrs. Wei left her contact information to the students for the purpose of further communication.
