We believe that Human Rights are not rules written on paper, but are living rights that affect the human dignity. To this end, the educational impact of the Institute for Human Rights is not only limited to the graduated Students at CUPL, but should influence the general community. The university’s theoretical brainpower and academic resources provide solid foundation to promote the social popularity of Human Rights ideals.
