I. Registration for Re-examination
Registration Time: 10:30 – 11:00, Wednesday, March 26
Location: Room 1027, Teaching and Library Complex Building, College Road Campus
Required Materials (submit originals for verification and provide copies in the order listed):
1. Valid ID Card: Original and a photocopy (front and back on one page).
2. Re-examination Notice: Downloaded and printed after paying the re-examination fee via the university’s graduate admissions platform (available from 14:00 on March 20).
3. Honesty Commitment Letter for Re-examination: Hand-signed by the candidate (1 copy).
4. Admission Ticket: Re-downloadable from the China Graduate Admissions Information Network (using original login credentials).
5. Academic Credentials:
(1) Non-fresh graduates:
Mainland Chinese degree holders: Graduation certificate (original + copy), degree certificate (original + copy), and either an Online Verification Report of Higher Education Qualification Certificate (valid for ≥3 months) or a Chinese Higher Education Degree Certification Report (original + copy).
Overseas degree holders: Degree certificate (original + copy) and Foreign Academic Degree Certification Report issued by the Ministry of Education’s Overseas Education Service Center (original + copy).
(2) Current undergraduate seniors:
Online Verification Report of Student Status (valid for ≥3 months) and student ID (original + copy; personal info and registration pages on one sheet).
(3) Second bachelor’s degree in law applicants: Submit a copy of the law degree certificate.
(4) Self-study/online education applicants (graduating by 2025): Submit materials as per non-fresh graduates if qualified before the re-examination.
6. Consent Form for In-Service Postgraduates: Original approval letter from the current institution’s academic department (stamped).
7. Optional Supplementary Materials: Transcripts, thesis drafts, research achievements, etc.
Note: Submit all materials to the institute after verification.
II. Comprehensive Interview
Time: 15:00 onward, Wednesday, March 26
Location: Room 1027, Teaching and Library Complex Building
Preparation Room: Room 1028, same building
Requirements: Bring ID card, Admission Ticket, and stamped Re-examination Notice. Arrive 30 minutes early. Interview order will be determined by lot. Candidates will randomly select one question each for the professional subject and foreign language (no replacements). Foreign language interviews for non-English languages: See notices on the Graduate School or School of Foreign Languages websites.
III. Written Professional Exam
Time: 18:30 – 20:30, Wednesday, March 26
Location: Room 1027, Teaching and Library Complex Building
Requirements: Bring ID card, Admission Ticket, and stamped Re-examination Notice. Arrive 30 minutes early. Closed-book exam; 2 hours, 100 points total.
IV. Mental Health Assessment
Complete the online psychological test via the university’s graduate admissions platform (available from 14:00 on March 20). First-choice candidates must finish by 14:00 on March 25. Results are non-scoring and do not affect re-examination outcomes.
