Institute Conducts Collaborative Research Symposium at China Foundation for Human Rights Development

On the morning of April 30, 2025, Professor Lin Hua, Vice Dean of our institute, led a delegation to the China Foundation for Human Rights Development for a research symposium on potential collaboration. The meeting was attended by Sun Linhu, Deputy Secretary-General of the Foundation, along with Tang Xiaocheng, Director of the Publicity Department, and Hu Zhenjia, Director of the International Exchange Department. Participants from our institute included Professor Wang Liwan, Associate Professor Xu Shuang, Associate Professor Yang Bochao, and Dr. Wang Ye. The symposium was chaired by Deputy Secretary-General Sun Linhu.

The symposium featured dynamic discussions between faculty members and Foundation representatives, yielding multiple consensuses on advancing human rights theoretical research, developing training programs, expanding international cooperation, and exploring emerging human rights research fields. Moving forward, our institute will fully utilize its academic advantages and institutional resources, align with major strategic needs of the Party and the country, and continue contributing to the advancement of China's human rights endeavors through sustained efforts from the China University of Political Science and Law.
