Institute Hosts Seminar on "Key Issues in Advancing Railway System Reform"

On the afternoon of April 28, 2025, the Institue for Human Rights (Institute for Contemporary Rule of Law) successfully hosted the seminar on "Key Issues in Advancing Railway System Reform". The event focused on legal pathways for railway institutional reform, with in-depth discussions on critical topics including separation of government and enterprise functions, reduction of logistics costs, and optimization of regulatory frameworks. The seminar brought together leaders and experts from the Ministry of Transport, National Railway Administration, Sustainable Transport Innovation Center of Beijing Jiaotong University, Law School at Beijing Jiaotong University, School of Transportation and Logistics at Southwest Jiaotong University, as well as faculty members from our university. The meeting was chaired by Professor Lin Hua, Vice Dean of the Institute.
