Professor Zhou Wei from Sichuan University was invited to give a lecture to the institute

On November 24, 2017, Zhou Wei, the Professor of Sichuan University and the Director of the Center for Human Rights Law, was invited to visit the Institute for Human Rights of China University of Political Science and Law. He conducted a lecture around "The Writing Method of the consulting report". Prof Ban Wenzhan, Prof Zhang Wei, Associate Prof Xu Shuang and Lecturer Wang Liwan and some graduate students, doctoral students participated in this lecture.

The professor provided the topics of writing before the lecture, the students were divided into three groups to prepare three topics for writing and reporting. First of all, the representatives of the students of the three groups showed the presentation of the PPT and explained what they were responsible for. Secondly, Professor Zhou evaluated students' writing from the content and form of the consulting report, and he affirmed the important role that the students would have to play in writing and future work. At the same time, it is necessary to make the best material for writing, and to report the necessity of keeping up with the hot news.

In the end, the students asked questions about the topic of consulting report and Professor Zhou answered them patiently. The lecture ended in a pleasant atmosphere.
