Distinguished "Young Top Talent" at CUPL. Former Senior Research Fellow at the Irish Centre for Human Rights and Part-time Researcher at the School of Politics and International Relations (SPIRe), University College Dublin. Editorial Board Member of Human Rights Studies (Quarterly). Published multiple articles in CSSCI/SSCI journals and theoretical pieces in People’s Daily and Guangming Daily. Research outputs have been reprinted by Renmin University Copying Materials, Social Sciences Digest, and major platforms such as Guangming Online (Theory Channel), China.org.cn, China Human Rights Net, and Phoenix News. Led or participated in national and provincial-level projects, including those under the Marxist Theory Research and Construction Project, National Social Science Fund, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Justice, and Beijing Social Science Fund. Seconded to the Human Rights Affairs Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and its task force. Authored policy briefing reports receiving affirmative instructions from central and ministerial leaders. Frequently invited by the China Society for Human Rights Studies and China Foundation for Human Rights Development to speak at UN Human Rights Council sessions.
