Professor at the Human Rights Institute of China University of Political Science and Law, holding a Ph.D. in Law and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Education. Visiting scholar at Yale University, Columbia University, New York University, and the University of Hong Kong. Standing Director of the Chinese Women’s Studies Association, Director of the Chinese Society for Social Law Studies, and Director of the Beijing Law Society’s Comparative Law Research Association. Serves as a national expert for gender equality assessments in legal policy, a think tank expert for the All-China Women’s Federation, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the China Enterprise Confederation. Specializes in human rights law, anti-discrimination law, and gender studies, teaching courses such as "Gender and Human Rights," "Human Rights Law Clinic," and "Anti-Discrimination Law" for undergraduate and graduate students. Leads multiple national, provincial, and international research projects, and serves as a project expert for international organizations including UN Women and the International Labour Organization.
